Trips and Events
We enjoy having a range of visitors and experiencing trips at our school. We believe in enriching and enhancing our curriculum through real life experiences. At the Weatheralls we offer a range of extra curricular experiences for our children. We value the depth and breadth of learning this can offer our children.
All children are encouraged, as part of their studies, to make visits outside school. These may range from a short walk round the school environs to the annual residential trips in Years 2, 4 and 6. The cost of visits is met by requests for voluntary contributions from parents. If voluntary contributions do not cover the cost of the trip then, unfortunately, we may have to cancel. We also welcome and encourage visitors into school to give talks, demonstrations, and a range of other stimulating activities.
