School Lunch Information
Lunchtimes are a really fun part of the school day with lots of different delicious and healthy foods for your child to enjoy.
Our school's new catering provider is Innovate from after the Easter break. Their menu has been designed around three key priorities: safety, nutrition and enjoyment. We want every child to have access to meals that are delicious, balanced and inclusive, while also preparing our offer for future school food standards.

Ordering
o Parents and carers must place meal orders.
o You can order daily, weekly, monthly or for the whole term.
o Same-day orders can be made up to 8.45am.
o If your child receives free school meals, you still need to place their order through SchoolGrid.

Free School Meals
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
Free School Meals are available for every child in the UK in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
This means that if your child attends one of these year groups they are entitled to a delicious healthy meal free of charge every lunchtime.
There are lots of tasty options to choose from and should you child have a specific dietary requirement, this can be organised with the school chef.
Children in Years 3 to 6
Your child may continue to be entitled to nutritious free school meals beyond year 2, dependant on whether are in receipt of specific benefits as outlined by the Department of Education.

Medical Diets & Allergens
Please note, we are a nut free school; we cannot allow any nuts on site due to severe allergies.
If your child has an allergen or special dietary requirement, please complete the online form using the
below link and attach the requested medical documentation and photo ID.
Once the information has been received by Innovate IFG, a member of their team will contact you to agree on a suitable menu for your child and allergen details will be shared with the school catering team.
You will still order meals for your child using the SchoolGrid payment and pre-ordering system.
